• Young Farmers Racial Equity Toolkit - This toolkit is a great resource for practical steps for bringing equity into agriculture. This information regarding setting up study groups, group agreements, and meeting agendas. There is also information about holding workshops and hiring facilitators.
• From Seed to Harvest: A Toolkit for Collaborative Racial Equity Strategies - While this toolkit is focused on the energy sector, it has great examples for questions to ask yourself and your organization.
• FSNE’s 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge - Run every April, “The Challenge will raise your awareness, change your understanding and shift the way you behave.” In addition to participating in this challenge in April, the materials are available year round and provide resources, reflections and ideas for taking action.
