Implementing Change

An important part of equity work is being a catalyst for change.  While the journey may be long, you can affect change in your organization and community building on the fundamentals and tools in this resource guide.  
As you have experienced, this work is complex and time consuming.  But even the smallest gesture can make a difference.  Some examples from the collabathon include:

• Re-frame questions around access/capacity
• Seek moments to share learnings
• Think about how we are playing apart in creating history
• Share contextual stories and content through social media, with others, friends
• Use land acknowledgements in more meetings to connect people with history
